I have had ongoing carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) for 3 years now. This has left me with persistent numbness/tingling in my thumbs, index, middle and ring fingers as well as increasing weakness in hands. This is not to mention the persistent pain and nocturnal occurrence of these symptoms.

I've had every treatment thrown at it, ultimately leading to two surgeries (on each hand) and several steroid injections peppered in between. These interventions have unfortunately ALL failed. This left me despondent and desperate for answers.

The search began for other offending factors - my neck was cleared and further imaging ruled out other nerve structures. Further nerve conduction testing and MRI/Ultrasound scans of my wrist/hands confirmed my suspicion all along, ongoing CTS in both hands.

Now, what started as a long wait to see if the nerve would recover on its own overtime, led to a journey where I have refined my knowledge and various conservative techniques to solve this problem myself. The result, I am in a much more manageable and contented place. My pain has all but gone and my neurological symptoms continue to improve. This has allowed me to develop a unique approach to treating CTS to the benefit of myself but more importantly, my patients.
